Michael is a strategy and operations executive with experience across retail, transportation, healthcare, and technology. He received a Psychology degree from Duke University, an MBA from Northwestern, and also taught English in Bulgaria on a Fulbright grant.
After over a decade in the private sector, Michael wanted to have a more direct impact on the causes he cares about, so he decided to bring his experience scaling companies to the nonprofit space. He was drawn to The Adventure Project’s innovative and sustainable solutions to poverty.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys reading, running, and traveling. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife Lindsey and their two boys.
