They are the hit hardest by the effects of climate change and most lack life's essentials: clean drinking water, nutritious food, and basic healthcare.

Getting a good job will move them out of extreme poverty – for good.

Together, your giving reaches the best social ventures in Africa that employ community members — primarily women who were previously living on less than $2 a day — to work meaningful jobs.
